Roscommon Solstice Choir – Boyle Concert – at 8.30pm on Friday 21st June in St. Joseph’s Church, Boyle
The choir of over 100 members is a County Roscommon Choir under the direction of Andrew & Eimear Reynolds. Their ethos is really to be commended. They bring enjoyment not only to audiences, but to the members of the choir. They also help to raise funds for worthy causes and are truly amazing.
• You may remember the choir performed in St. Joseph’s Church a few years ago. Such was the reaction to their performance that they have offered to come back and entertain us with their latest repertoire
• Three groups of volunteers have come together to organise this event – St. Joseph’s Parish Council who will use their share of the takings to replace the Bell Tower – The Community of the Church of Ireland – Touch Ireland (a Third World Charity for Children)
