The good old Irish Breakfast
Allegedly, the full Irish breakfast was created for farm workers so they would be hunger-satisfied and ready for a full day’s work.
Traditionally, the most common ingredients are bacon rashers, pork sausages, fried eggs (or scrambled), white pudding, black pudding, toast and fried tomato. Sauteed field mushrooms are also sometimes included, as well as baked beans.
