Over-70s Boyle Residents who have been CoronaVirus cocooning will be able to visit and take walks up to 5 km from home following Government and HSE announcements on Friday 1st May.
• However, they are advised to keep cocooning and avoid contact with anyone when they leave their homes.
• Over-70s will not be permitted visitors to their homes or to go to shops until the start of June.
• Over-70s will include locations: Boyle Town, St. Joseph’s and Church of Ireland, Boyle Canal Harbour, Lough Key Forest Park, Doon Shore, the Gaelic Chieftain, view only King House and Boyle Abbey etc.
