Scoil na nAingeal Naofa won both County Basketball finals 28th May

Scoil na nAingeal Naofa’s two basketball teams played and won in the Roscommon Primary School’s County Finals Tuesday 28th May in the Hub in Castlerea. 5th and 6th class took on Roxbo National School at 5:30pm and 3rd and 4th Class played Whitehall National School at 6:15pm.
• Aoife Kiernan, Captain of the 5th and 6th class team says “We were delighted to win … we have been training so hard. It is great for the school to have two teams in the finals and we really gave it our all. Thanks to everyone for the support, especially to our parents, coaches, teachers and the secondary school for allowing us to train in the complex over the past few months. Scoil na nAingeal Naofa abú!!!”
