A number of viewers asked me how to create Picture Frame Actions, Black and White in Photoshop CC. Others may work differently but here is what I did to create the separate Black / White Frame actions with a 2000px wide photo … have fun !!
1. Unlock Layer / Canvas Size 50 and 50
2. New Layer (Ctrl+ Create New Layer) Colour: ffffff (White)
3. Inner Shadow Opacity 100 6/6/6

4. New Layer (Ctrl+ Create New Layer) Canvas Size 750 Colour: efefef
5. Stroke Inside 150 Normal (BLACK or WHITE) Opacity 100%
6. Bevel & Emboss 150 Up – choose a Mid Grey and (BLACK or WHITE as required)
7. Inner Shadow 50/138/150/45/176

8. Flatten Image Layers and Unlock
9. New Layer (Ctrl+ Create New Layer) Colour: c5c5c5
10. Uncheck Layer 1
11. Drop Shadow Layer 0
12. Flatten Image Layers

13. Select Background / Inverse (including all of the mitred frame)
14. Expand Selection 150px
15. Crop / Deselect (Ctrl + D)
