In spite of, or despite the Ophelia and Brian ‘storms that didn’t amount to much in this area’, my Pampas Grass is in full bloom at the moment. The large clumps of lush, grass-like foliage and fragile-looking creamy white feathery plumes appear to be super-easy to grow. In fact I cut mine ‘down to the stump’ a few years ago, gave them no attention and now the stand proudly 10 feet tall.
