Shannonside News: A new General Manager has been appointed to Roscommon Hospital. Mary Garvey is originally from Co Tipperary but has been living in Castlerea in Co Roscommon for the past 10 years. Ms Garvey who is a chartered accountant by profession has spent two years working in the construction industry, and worked for three years in Roscommon and Sligo councils.
