Lough Key parkrun
Patricia wrote: Lough Key parkrun is a free, timed, weekly event every Saturday morning at 9.30am. It’s all inclusive so walkers, joggers, runners, athletes are all welcome as are mums and dads with buggies, and of course, children. Children under 11 have to be accompanied by an adult though for safety reasons. It kicked off on the 14th May and is run each week by volunteers. Usually just an hour on a Saturday morning if anyone would like to volunteer just drop me a message by searching for our page – Lough Key parkrun (always a small ‘p’) on Facebook.
