• SHANNONS Restaurant & Bar, The Crescent, Boyle require a chef with experience. Must have skill to run a kitchen, able to listen and execute a menu according to the executive chef/owner.
• SHANNONS will be a new Gastro Pub opening in Boyle, managed by an owner with 25 years plus industry experience.
• Chef’s Requirements:
“Will need to execute a menu created by myself and to help run the kitchen, help with staff training. Must have HACCP. This an immediate position with excellent rates of pay and accommodation if required. I will consider all applicants for interview regardless of nationality or years in industry.
