Maura Hopkins wrote: “Wonderful book launch last night (23rd February) in Ballinasloe Library “Hello in There”.
A collection of Poems written by Cathal Cregg (Boyle native now living near Athlone, Co. Roscommon) and Photographs taken by Jacquelina Pando Kelly and UCC Medical Students during their trips to the Andes, Peru.
All the income obtained from the sale of the book will go directly to Mama Ashu Hospital, Peru to purchase medicine and equipment needed to help the sick people in the Andes.”
Senator Hopkins stated following the launch “reading through the collection of poems written by Cathal over the weekend, this is an incredible and beautiful book combining poetry and photographs which speaks about the human condition.”
