Thursday 13th December: A large congregation enjoyed this year’s Ecumenical Carol Service in Boyle’s Church of Ireland.
The service included short readings by Rev Edward Yondel, Canon Gerry Hanly, Richard Kennedy, David Gillespie, Mary Ryan, a reading in Irish by Micheál O’Tuathail, congregation carols accompanied by Rev Yondel on Church Organ, a wonderful “Isn’t He Beautiful” presentation by Parochial School pupils and a choral presentation by St. Joseph’s Folk Choir.
The Church collection was in aid of Hospice
