Connaught Rangers / King House

It has been reported that Roscommon County Council has requested that the Connaught Rangers Association vacate the ground floor exhibits area known as The Room of Remembrance by the end of September. This is when King House closes to the public.

• At this stage it is not known where the models on display or the numerous pictures and artifacts will go, as the display area for the CRA is to be reduced by a fifth.

• There has not been an official statement from RosCoCo or the CRA on these changes and the reduction of the display area.
