A friend of mine is very upset having killed a beautiful white cat, unavoidably, while driving in Abbeytown near the first gate to Rockingham. Sadly the animal raced across the road in front of the vehicle. The cat appeared in good condition and may have been a household pet, though not belonging to householders in the immediate area. The animal may be retrieved by its owner now as it lies on a wall where the accident occurred.
