Gary Carty wrote: “Competitions for this week are Thursday’s Men’s Open and a Scramble on Friday Evening. Following the Scramble, there will be a Quiz and Curry Night in the clubhouse. Tickets for this are €15 which includes a free entry into the scramble, and can be purchased from any committee member. Food is from 8pm and the quiz will commence at 9pm. It promises to be a great social event and has become somewhat of a regular event in our social calender in recent years. Thanks to Susan and Brendan for organising it.”
