Boyle GAA Trip to the Ploughing Championships
Martin Dolan wrote: “There has been a very favourable reaction to the Club’s Social Initiative trip to National Ploughing Championships on Wednesday last, September 18th. Our driver Seán Heslin safely transported 52 happy passengers to and from Fennagh, Co. Carlow in the Club Rossie bus. We were blessed with clear blue skies and high temperatures and these greatly enhanced the occasion. The Club wishes to thank all who participated in the outing. We are already seeking ideas for next year’s trip. We wish to thank our driver Seán and also Damien Regan who brought the bus to Boyle in advance of the trip and brought it back again. Thanks to Kathleen who provided refreshments in the Clubroom before our departure.”
