• We’d like to welcome exciting young chef Daniel O’Neill, previously chef at The Venue in Strandhill, and his sister Carla, a trained Barista and specialist in coffee. Daniel has also worked in the five star ‘The Old Port Inn’ in Cavan and in San Francisco.
• The Cafe is newly named ‘The Cracked Pepper’ and Daniel is keen to offer the very best in fresh wholesome food, using the finest ingredients. There will be a hot daily special, homemade soups, sandwiches, scones and pastries. The hand-roasted speciality coffee is supplied from the Art of Coffee in Carrick on Shannon.
