Based in the North Roscommon town of Boyle, 25 minutes from Sligo Town, the Company is fully integrated covering all aspects of device manufacture from design and development, to sales. We now require :
EXTRUSION TECHNICAN
The Extrusion Technician is responsible for the running of all extrusion products / product iterations & new technology trials, liaising with the technical department on customer requirements with regards to dimensions, performance criteria, materials.
We require an individual who has excellent technical aptitude, together with the enthusiasm, determination and flexibility to become an effective member of an energetic extrusion team.
Training will be provided to the successful candidates to equip him/her with the skills required to take responsibility for highly technological processes in a continuously changing and challenging production environment.
A degree/cert in plastics, science, engineering or a mechanical based qualification while not a job requirement would be an advantage. Medical device or manufacturing experience is essential.
The position will involve shift work.
