The new addition was welcomed to the refurbished/ fully kitted Boyle Fire Station on Marian Road..
The group photo includes Roscommon Co Council Chief Executive Eugene Cummins, Ros Co Council chairperson Cllr Orla Leydon, Roscommon Fire Chief John Kane, Roscommon Co Co Services Director Pat Murtagh, Boyle Station officer Darren O’Flaherty, Cllr John Cummins, Representatives of the Co Fire Service and Westward Garage sales representatives
The ‘old’ engine that has served us so well will be upgraded and will return to Boyle as a driver training vehicle and backup fire tender
