Tawnytaskin Community Centre Broadband Hub

Tawnytaskin Community Centre in Boyle now has its connection to high-speed broadband under the National Broadband Plan.

At the filmed launch of Highspeed Broadband Hub in the Community Centre, chairperson Michael Fitzpatrick expressed his delight that the centre was chosen, outlined its possibilities and thanked Roscommon Co Council and State agencies for funding the centre’s hub equipment and facilities. Michael’s launch address will be available on the Roscommon CoCo website at some stage.

The hub will be active and available free of charge in the Centre and for approximately 100 metres from there.

I understand Hubs will be created at 5 locations (The Crescent, King House etc) in Boyle town shortly, permitting free access to Highspeed Broadband.
