7am – 7.40am Tabata (High Intensity Interval Training)
6pm – 6.55pm Pilates (Beginer/Intermediate level )
7pm – 7.55pm Run Free (Strength, Conditioning/Flexibility )
8pm – 8.55pm Pilates for Men (Beginner/Intermediate level )
