We are reminded continuously to search out opportunities to achieve greater mindfulness in our lives? Years of research and experience have proven that the practice of mindfulness can have a powerful influence on our health, wellbeing and happiness. Our fast paced lifestyles make it seem that the world is moving too fast and we are unable to keep up. Mindfulness seems to be at least one way of helping us cope. Mindfulness helps us to de-clutter our life and bring about a greater clarity in our thoughts and actions.
