Shannonside FM News report: “Lough Key Forest Park was the top tourist attraction in Roscommon in 2016. According to figures from the local authority, over 70,000 people visited the park and activity centre last year and it recorded profits of 200,000 euro. Other attractions in Roscommon also saw a boost in their attendances, there was almost 7,900 visitors to Boyle Abbey.King House has also recorded an 8% boost in its visitors in 2016, to just over 13,000 in 2016.
