The sun shone brightly and it was gloriously warm for Corpus Christi Procession 2016. The route moved from St. Joseph’s Church, Abbeytown Gate, Abbey Terrace and on to a welcoming Abbeyhaven Care & Nursing Home for a short service. Everyone was then invited to the Resource Centre for refreshments and Bouncy Castles for children … all in all, a larger number attended than last year and enjoyed a very pleasant, celebratory Corpus Christi Procession 2016.
