• Thursday 19th January: and every Thursday evening thereafter we will have an assisted walk with the wonderful Melissa Doohan Beirne around Maple Drive – its free and anyone can join. We will meet up in the Royal Hotel Car Park at 8pm and take it from there .. We will also carry out free weigh in’s and track your weight loss each week.
• Thursday 26th January: Brogans totalhealth Pharmacy will carry out free blood pressure measuring. We will provide each patient with a patient record card noting their blood pressure reading and some advice.
