Boyle Arts Festival 2019 – opened Thursday 18th July

Blessed with good weather on a fine summer’s evening, and following open air entertainment on King House Grounds by “Me and the Lads” and the excellent “Morbid an Sons”, Chairperson Gerry Kielty, Oncology Professor John Crown and former Senator opened the festival, Marian Ahern and Tish Golden made further brief presentations to the large appreciative attendance.
Gerry thanked Roscommon Co Co and the staff of King House as well as his hard working committee and businesses and members of the public for their support.
