Covid 19 Booster Clinic for ages 17 and over on Friday 10th December … 9am & 12pm and also 2 to 5pm for patients of the practice who are immunosuppressed.

• Please wear warm clothes, bring a rain jacket and be prepared for long queues.

• Bring snacks and a drink and also please bring your PPSN, name and Date of Birth on a piece of paper.
