95-year-old Helen died in the Plunkett Home, Boyle.
Helen was a dear friend, gentlest of ladies and mother of Minister Frank Feighan T.D., Jim Feighan & Tony Feighan

• Helen Feighan (née Feely), Mc Donagh’s Newsagents, Boyle. 11th March 2022, peacefully at the Plunkett Nursing Home, Boyle. Predeceased by her husband Pat and infant son Gerard. Deeply regretted by her sons Jim, Tony and Frank, daughters-in-law Marie and Elaine, grandchildren James, Conor, Kate, Enya, Francesca and Macdara, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at the Mahon and O’Dowd Funeral Home in Boyle (F52 ND23), on Sunday from 3 P.M. to 6.30 P.M. followed by removal to St. Joseph’s Church to arrive at 7 P.M. Mass of the Resurrection at 11 A.M. on Monday 14th March. Interment afterwards in Assylinn Cemetery. Please adhere to Government and H.S.E guidelines regarding the wearing of face masks, social distancing and no handshaking – walkthrough only please. Those who would like to attend, but are unable to do so, the Feighan family fully understands. A message of sympathy for the family may be left in the condolence section below.
