Luke Flanagan R.I.P.
The death has occurred of Luke (Lukey Joe) Flanagan, Taughnoose House, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Taughnoose, Carrowbehy, Co. Roscommon – 27th September 2022, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Galway University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Lily (née Coyne), parents Michael and Bridget and sister Nan. Luke will be sadly missed by his loving family Michael (Frenchpark), Eamon (London), Ursula (Dublin), Fiona, Luke and David (Castlerea), his cherished grandchildren Lisa, Alison, Ciara, Patrick, Oisin, Donnacha, Kevin, Isabelle, Katie, Saoirse, Lily, Matthew and Conor, daughters-in-law Pauline, Joanne, Judith and Suzanne, son-in-law Noel, sister-in-law Vera (Coyne), his wonderful neighbours, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Gaynors Funeral Home, Castlerea on Thursday evening (29th Sept) from 5pm with removal at 7.30pm to St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Friday. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
